The ING Talent Programme (ITP) aims to develop
the leaders of ING in the future: managers or specialists with a
can-do spirit, a passion for teamwork and a focus on results.
You’ll need to share our conviction that success, personal and
organisational, comes from doing well by doing right for our
customers, our shareholders and each other. And you’re someone with
ambition, vision, the power of conviction and management
qualities.
In brief, the ITP looks like this:
- a project year followed by a two-year
position*
- intended for ambitious Master’s graduates from
all disciplines
- a thorough training programme
- career guidance
- eight tracks to choose from – six of them open
for non-native graduates
- * The Retail Banking Leadership Programme
consists of 1 ½ project years, followed by a 1 ½ year position and
a 2 year position.
With the ITP, you get to check out our various
divisions and business units in the Netherlands. And depending on
the starting track you choose, you could be working in an
international environment. After completing your ITP, enterprising
trainees may enjoy the opportunity to spread their wings
worldwide.

The ING Talent Programme is a three-year
traineeship covering eight different career tracks, related to the
different ING business areas, although based in the Netherlands,
six of these tracks are open to English-speaking candidates.
